Staff Canteen Live

Envisage eight of the UK’s top chefs with the single brief to demonstrate innovation, share their skills and entertain.

Welcome to the brand new first ever The Staff Canteen Live – a collaboration between H&CS and www.TheStaffCanteen.com to bring the acclaimed online chefs platform into the live environment.

Chefs and proprietors will be able to view the FREE demonstrations and will be invited on the spot by the sponsors to participate in tastings and asking questions.

Chef’s Kitchen

H&CS and the Craft Guild of Chefs have come together to create Chefs Kitchen featuring contract catering kings Compass and Sodexo competing across the two days of the event to serve up the ultimate event experience for diners.

Visiting chefs and proprietors will be able to get FREE access to see the teams working in an open kitchen with a leading chef commentating and talking to the teams throughout their preparation to expose techniques and methods.

The end-result will be a 60-cover lunch dining experience each day judged on a range of criteria for chefs and delegates invited by sponsors.
